MANILA -- Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) has acquired close to eight hectares of land in San Fernando City, Pampanga as part of its strategic expansion outside Metro Manila.
In a disclosure, the firm said the property is ideal for its planned mixed-use development which will include residential, commercial and institutional buildings and areas.
The land is located within the San Fernando interchange on Jose Abad Santos Ave. and the North Luzon Expressway and is across SM City San Fernando and Robinsons Starmills.
"Central Luzon is one of the fast?rising growth centers in the Philippines. Century will contribute to further enhance the competitiveness of San Fernando by building an integrated urban center that will complement the city’s progressive pace," the real estate firm said.
"It is time to expand modern infrastructure into cities like San Fernando for a greater population to experience the country’s advancement," the company continued.
Century Properties is known for its projects such as Century City in Makati City, Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City, Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong city, and Commonwealth by Century in Quezon City.
