MANILA – Ayala Land said on Monday it posted a net income of P13.5 billion in the first half of the year, up 18 percent compared to the same period in 2017.

The company also said its revenues rose 25 percent to P80.4 billion as it developed more sustainable mixed-use estates across the country.

The property developer said sales from its residential, commercial and industrial businesses all posted double digit growth from January to June.

Revenues were also boosted by recently-opened malls in Metro Manila.
