More oil companies hike pump prices

MANILA, Philippines - Petron, Seaoil and Flying V announced they increased the prices of oil products on Tuesday morning.

As of 6 a.m. Tuesday, Petron said the pump price of premium gasoline increased by P1.80 per liter; P1.65/liter for regular gasoline, P1.30/liter for kerosene, and P1/liter for diesel.

Seaoil said the prices of premium and unleaded gasoline went up by P1.80/liter, diesel by P1.20/liter, kerosene by P1.35/liter, and regular gasoline by P1.65/liter. 

Petron and Seaoil said the price hike reflects movements in the international oil market.

Flying V also implemented a price hike at 9 a.m. Tuesday. The price of AVgas, Rush, Thunder and Leadfree were hiked by 1.80/liter; biodiesel by P1/liter; regular gasoline by P1.65/liter and kerosene by P1.30/liter.

Shell and Total earlier announced the price increase of its oil products.
