Cebu Pacific cancels Cebu-Ormoc flights until Sunday

MANILA - Cebu Pacific said it was cancelling daily flights between Cebu and Ormoc until Sunday after a magnitude 6.5 earthquake damaged the airport on Leyte Island.

Cebu Pacific unit Cebgo flies between Cebu and Ormoc, which was among areas badly-hit by Thursday's earthquake.

Affected passengers can re-book their tickets within 30 days from the original departure date, avail of a full refund, or place it in a travel fund for future use, it said in an advisory.
