Petron to slash LPG prices

MANILA – Petron Corp. said it will be reducing prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) products on Wednesday, July 1.

Petron said prices of its Gasul and Fiesta Gas will be slashed by P0.45 per kilogram or nearly P50 per 11 kg household cylinder effective 12:01 a.m., Wednesday.

Prices of its Xtend Auto LPG will also be cut by P0.25/li at the same time.

"These reflect movements in the international contract price of LPG for the month of July," Petron said.
