MANILA – Cebu Landmasters said Monday it partnered with Lyceum of the Philippines to develop a university township in Davao City.
Under the partnership, CLI will develop Lyceum’s Davao campus into a mixed-used property, the company told the stock exchange. The development is set to begin by the fourth quarter.
The 17-hectare property will house academic, residential, commercial, office, hotel and convention components, with 5.2 hectares dedicated to the LPU Davao campus, the company said.
The deal will also bring CLI’s flagship Casa Mira Towers to LPU Town Davao as a housing option for students.
"Our vision together with Lyceum of the Philippines University is to make LPU Town Davao a premier university township," said Cebu Landmasters chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III.
