MANILA - Instagram said Wednesday it rolled out a new feature to help entrepreneurs cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Facebook-owned company debuted the "Support Small Business" sticker which users can incorporate in their Instagram, stories to make it easier for them to reach customers.

Businesses mentioned in the sticker can repost the content to their stories or message people who tagged them. The sticker can also be used as a shout out other entrepreneurs, Instagram’s said on its website.

The app will also collate photos and videos uploaded with the sticker and add them to a shared story titled "Support Small," which can be found lined up along with other Instagram stories.

“We’re committed to supporting small businesses as they navigate this challenging time,” Instagram said.
