MANILA -- Globe Telecom said Tuesday it restored services in earthquake-hit Porac and Masantol towns in Pampanga province.

The Ayala-led telco said it also deployed mobile cell sites to augment services. Free call and phone charging are also available at Globe stations, the company said.

At least 11 people were killed when a 6.1-Magnitude earthquake jolted parts of Central Luzon during the evening rush hour on Monday.

Clark International Airport in Pampanga could reopen by Wednesday, authorities said.
