Cebu Pacific increases flights this summer

MANILA, Philippines - Cebu Pacific (CEB) is adding 22% more flights in April and May, in preparation of the increase in travelers during the summer months.

"Because of this increased seat capacity, passengers can take advantage of Cebu Pacific’s trademark low fares for travel this April and May. Plan your family or friends’ exciting summer vacation by checking out the low-fare options on,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.

Cebu Pacific is offering low fares to destinations such as Siargao, Naga, Legazpi, Cebu, Tagbilaran (Bohol), Dumaguete, Davao, Bacolod, Iloilo and Cagayan de Oro.

Other destinations include Zamboanga, Surigao, Ozamiz, Tacloban, Zamboanga, Butuan, Cotabato, Pagadian and Ozamiz.

"With 22% more flights, we continue to show our commitment in promoting travel within the Philippines, through our trademark lowest fares, and youngest and largest aircraft fleet," Iyog said.

The following routes have daily flights: Cebu-Dipolog, Cebu-Legazpi and Cebu-Pagadian, until June 15. Three more weekly flights have been added to the Cebu-Puerto Princesa route, making it 10 times weekly through June 4.

CEB also added flights on the Manila-Legazpi and Manila-Puerto Princesa routes, for a total of 4 daily flights each.

Summer months will see more flights on the following routes: Cebu-Bacolod (total of 17 weekly flights), Cebu-Caticlan (3 daily flights), Cebu-Davao (5 daily flights), and Cebu-Siargao (4 weekly flights). CEB is the only airline flying direct to Siargao, an international surfing destination.

There will be more flights on the following high-traffic routes: Manila-Cebu (total of 99 weekly flights), Manila-Bacolod (40 weekly flights) and Manila-Iloilo (7 daily flights), until June 4.
