MANILA - Cebu Pacific on Tuesday said it would offer direct flights from Clark in Pampanga to Narita in Japan starting Aug. 9.
The new route will provide more options for leisure travelers, inbound tourists and migrant Filipino workers, as well as opportunities for investors in Clark, the airline, said in a statement.
Flights between Clark and Narita will run 4 times a week starting Aug. 9 , 2019, the country's largest carrier said.
“With direct air service between Clark and Narita, it will be easier for Japanese tourists to access destinations in Pampanga, Pangasinan, Baguio, La Union and the rest of Luzon. Conversely, it will also be easier for residents in these areas to enjoy Tokyo, with a direct flight from Clark," Cebu Pacific vice president for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog said.
