Tucked away in one of Manila's streets is a French restaurant called L'Eau Vive in Asia.
But more than just a restaurant, it is part charity, part convent, and part shelter for the poor.
For nearly 40 years, the sisters of Donum Dei Apostolic Society have chosen good food and wine as their way of raising funds, but like any business, the charity restaurant is also vulnerable to rising inflation.
Sister Auda Mangaron and Sister Maria Magdalena Susanti Beto shared how they manage costs while keeping their customers satisfied.
