MANILA - Megaworld Corp said Monday it would turn over P30 billion worth of real estate projects in Fort Bonifacio this year, as the transfer of corporate offices to the financial district drove demand for residential spaces.

Some 2,300 condominium units will be turned over, the biggest transfer in a single year, said Megaworld, which is also the largest developer in the former military reservation.

The units are located near the Enderun hospitality school, the Chinese and Korean International Schools and office towers that house United Health group, Wells Fargo, Samsung, Abbott and Concentrix, among others, Megaworld said.

Shares of Megaworld were down 1.63 percent in early trading Monday, compared to a 0.57-percent decline in the main index.
