MANILA - Cebu Pacific said all flights to and from Cebu scheduled on Tuesday were cancelled after the island closed its boarders to fight COVID-19.
"Due to stricter quarantine screening on our personnel imposed by the Provincial Government, we regret that all Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights to and from Cebu scheduled for today are cancelled," the Philippines' largest airline said in an advisory.
Affected passengers can rebook flights with charges and fare difference waived, the carrier said. Ticket value can also be refunded or stored for future use, it said.

The entire Luzon is placed under enhanced community quarantine where mass transport and businesses were ordered shut except for essential services as supermarkets, clinics and banks.
