MANILA - AirAsia on Friday cancelled all flights to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport during the 1-month long coronavirus quarantine in Metro Manila from March 15 to April 14.
Flights from Clark, Cebu and Kalibo will continue, the carrier said.
President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday announced a "community quarantine" in Metro Manila to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during which domestic air, land and sea travel will be suspended.
Affected guests can rebook flights, use the amount as credit or opt for a full refund, AirAsia said.
Philippine Airlines on Friday said it would allow rebooking, refund and rerouting for those with flights affected by the travel ban.
Affected Cebu Pacific customers can rebook and transfer ticket amount to credit but no refund is allowed, spokesperson Charo Logarta told DZMM.
