MANILA -- Philippine Airlines said Wednesday passengers of cancelled flights due to the 2019 coronavirus disease outbreak could rebook, reroute or refund their tickets through proper channels.
The flag carrier said it cancelled 28 round trip flights between Manila and Doha, 75 to Incheon and Busan in South Korea, and 69 to Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.
Passengers seeking rebooking, rerouting or refunds can go to a PAL ticketing office or the travel agency where they bought the ticket. They can also call 8855-8888, PAL said.
Philippine Airlines checks passengers' temperatures at check-in. Hand sanitizers are also available, according to the statement.
Flight crew wear masks at all times and gloves during certain periods of the flight. Aircraft and cargo holds are sanitized, PAL said.
