MANILA – Motorists should brace for another round of oil price hike next week.

In the first four days of trading in the international market, prices of imported gasoline are already higher by P0.99 while prices of diesel are up by P0.52.

Kerosene prices are up by P0.45.

Price adjustments, however, are still likely to change with one more day of trading.

On Friday, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) announced a P10 provisional rollback on the flag-down rates of cabs nationwide.

LTFRB Chairman Winston Ginez said starting Monday, March 9, the flag-down rate of cabs will be down to P30 from P40. The provisional rollback also include airport taxis. -- Report from Alvin Elchico, ABS-CBN News
