JobStreet.com's 2015 study, conducted from October 1 to December 31, 2014, was based on actual salaries posted by employers on the online job site.
Basic salaries cited in the report did not include leave credits, medical benefits, insurance, and other incentives.
JobStreet.com said that for this year's report, the focus was shifted to specializations to make the process of jobseeking easier for specialists.
"We want to keep the talents and the jobseekers informed of the going rate for their talent," Philip Gioca, country manager of JobsStreet.com Philippines, told ABS-CBNnews.com at the sidelines of the Annual Salary Report launch held in Makati on Thursday.
Gioca added that the study will also give employees information on offering competitive salaries to applicants.
"We want to tell employees that these are the salaries now of the spectrum of jobs in the country, so that they will have a conscious effort to make sure that their salaries are at par," he said.
