MANILA, Philippines - Century Properties reported brisk pre-sales of units at its Residences at Commonwealth by Century project in Quezon City.
Marco R. Antonio, Century co-chief operating officer and managing director, said the project's total cost is estimated at P4 billion.
Of the 8 towers at Residences at Commonwealth, five towers have already been offered for sale. Around 92% or 1,395 out of the total 1,515 units have been pre-sold since the project was launched in July 2012.
Antonio said attributed the project's popularity to its "good location, well-planned units and amenities offered at affordable prices."
There are suites and one-bedroom units, ranging from 21 to 49 square meters. There are larger 2-bedroom units from 64 to 72 square meters. A reservation fee for a unit is P15,000 and monthly amortization is offered for as low as P8,000 a month for apartments.
Commonwealth by Century is located along Commonwealth Avenue right beside Don Antonio Height.
