MANILA – The country’s biggest advertising and marketing event is happening next month.
Themed “DIY Your ROI,” Ad Summit Pilipinas 2018 will be held from March 7 to 10 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center.
The event aims to inspire advertising and marketing practitioners to come up with new and innovative creative solutions.
It also hopes to urge creatives to look at how advertising and marketing can be used to create not only financial but also social impact.
This year’s speakers for Ad Summit Pilipinas include Lionel Carreon, who has 22 years of experience in advertising and the global director for creative recruiting at R/GA; Francis Flores, global brand chief marketing officer for Jollibee Foods Corporation; Mara Binudin Lecocq, founder of Secret Code New York; Girish Menon, who has worked with WPP in several countries; Katryna Mojica, chief executive officer of Ogilvy and Mather Hong Kong; Josy Paul, chairman and chief creative officer of BBDO India; and Anselmo Ramos, co-founder and chief creative officer of DAVID Miami.
“The Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of the Philippines worked hard to bring together yet another amazing roster of local and international speakers to bring home the point of ‘DIY Your ROI,’” said Norman Agatep, overall chair of Ad Summit Pilipinas 2018.
Aside from talks, Ad Summit Pilipinas 2018 will again be home to the Creative Guild’s Kidlat Awards, one of the country’s most prestigious creative advertising competitions.
