MANILA, Philippines - Philippines' AirAsia is bringing back its "free seats" promo.

The promo fares to local and international destinations will be available on starting 12:01 a.m. January 15 until January 20. The travel period is open from August 20, 2013 to  February 9, 2014.

"Those who have been planning trips or holidays for this year-end and early 2014 will be happy to finally be able to book their flights, and enjoy free seats too! We know that many have been anticipating this AirAsia Free Seats campaign, and what better way to start off the year but with promo seats for everyone," Freddy Herrera, AirAsia Inc. Commercial head, said.

With the free seats promo, guests will only have to pay taxes and other government fees. The all-in fares start at P315 for the Clark to Kalibo and Davao routes; and Clark to Taipei route starts from P460.

AirAsia is also offering all-in fares to Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur starting from only P899.

Promo booking tips

AirAsia is also giving its customers some tips on how to book during promo sales.

1. Sign up for an AirAsia account.

2. Make sure to use Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox when booking online.

3. Plan your trip in advance and have a back-up plan if you can't book certain dates.  Make sure you have all your details at hand, name, address, and passport number.

Remember you only have up to 10 minutes at the Seach and Select Flights pages. If you stay longer than 10 minutes, you may be redirected to the "Waiting Room" page.

Since high traffic is expected on the AirAsia website, guests can also book the promo fares on AirAsia's mobile apps.
