Finale Auctions recently concluded its Watches & Jewelry auction with a spectacular showing from the items up for bid.
Held on October 20th, the auction house offered a range of timepieces including those never-before-seen at auction, those with a storied history, rare pieces, and exclusive, limited edition models, with many in excellent or pristine condition.

Participants included local and international bidders from Asia, the Middle East, the US, and UK. Among the auction highlights were a vintage Rolex Daytona Paul Newman Ref. 6262 which sold for PHP 11,680,000 (USD 225,482.62), an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Concept GMT Tourbillon which fetched PHP 7,708,800 (USD 148,818.53), and a rare double-signed Patek Philippe Nautilus Annual Calendar Ref. 5726 with a Tiffany & Co. dial closing at PHP 6,774,400 (USD 130,779.92).
Without a doubt, the star of the sale was the recently launched Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin which realized PHP 11,096,000 (USD 214,208.49). This is the first time this historical and technical achievement from Audemars Piguet has been put up for auction globally.
The Rolex vintage sports watch line up saw a Rolex Daytona Ref. 6263 with a Mark-1 dial selling for PHP 4,672,000 (USD 90,193.05), a Rolex Daytona Ref. 6265 “Sigma” dial at PHP 3,270,400 (USD 63,135.13), and a Rolex Submariner Ref. 5508 with a ghost bezel fetching PHP 2,686,400 (USD 51,861.00).
Other notable pieces include an unusual ladies Cartier Crash that closed at PHP 1,927,200 (USD 37,204.63), and a late addition to the sale, a Patek Philippe Nautilus Annual Calendar Ref. 5726/1A with a white dial realizing PHP 4,438,400 (USD 85,683.39).
