The 270-hectare mixed-use development plans to connect commerce and the community.
"Pampanga Technopark is in a strategic position and location to help drive economic activity in the region," President and Chief Executive Officer of ALLHC Robert Lao said.

Industrial Zone
The Pampanga Technopark is anchored with the Industrial Zone intended for light to medium, non-polluting enterprises with three phases, which are BOI-registered Domestic Industrial Zones. It is an ideal location for manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics hubs.
Marketplace
The Technopark is also envisioned to help improve the supply chain in Central Luzon and open opportunities for farmers and cooperatives – because of that, the idea of "bagsakan" was included in the plan.
This 3,000 sqm agricultural wholesale market proposes to be the depot for agricultural produce and regional products. Agri-farmers from the Northern and Central Luzon are encouraged to bring their produce to the 'bagsakan.' This zone has dry warehouses and cold storage to help preserve agricultural products.
The Marketplace will also have a transport terminal and a gas station for commuters and motorists.

Centro
Centro is the heart of Pampanga Technopark. It will have commercial spaces for 30 retail concepts and lots for offices, lodging facilities, co-working areas, and dormitories.
The main attraction in Centro is 'The Plaza.' The area is intended to bring the best of the Kapampangan cuisine together through a strip of dining selections. It is an ideal meeting place for families, colleagues, and groups of friends.
"The estate will serve as a platform to enable local and regional business, small to medium enterprises too, in bringing quality and locally produced goods and services to more Filipinos," Lao explained.
Accessibility and sustainability
Located in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Pampanga Technopark is near major highways in Central Luzon. It is accessible via NLEX, SCTEX, and MacArthur Highway. The Technopark is also near the Clark International Airport and Subic International Terminal.
As for sustainability, Pampanga Technopark will put up a 1.5-hectare park space and five detention ponds to help mitigate flooding in the community during the rainy season.
"We are committed to working with you hand-in-hand to bring your plans to life and to create more opportunities in business and employment for the region and the rest of Luzon," Lao said.
