Fabio Ide leads a multi-hyphenated life, living in several countries before he decided to put his suitcase down and eventually settled in the Philippines.
Some facts about the Brapanese model and actor: he is a polyglot who speaks five languages, he is a prolific entrepreneur, a professional footballer, a fitness and health ambassador, an influencer, and most importantly, an all-around nice guy who wants to inspire people to be healthy, fit and live a wholesome (but not boring) life.
Apart from his healthy lifestyle, model looks, and entrepreneurial spirit, Ide truly is a believer in living your best life by setting goals and being open to things. All this, he does for his family. He has a nine-year-old daughter named Danielle Mikayla and is soon to be a father of twins.

Ide is over the moon to have twins, but of course, a little nervous about the immense responsibility of having two babies all at once (not to mention double diaper duties).
"Words can not explain what me and @ellenfrojd feel right now," he posted in March. "Our Brapanese Swedish pusong Pinoy babies are healthy and ready to shine. I love you so much Ellen!!!"
Because he is committed to being as healthy and fit as possible so he can spend as much quality time with his partner and kids, Ide does 15,000 steps a day, fasts 16 hours, and works out five times a week.
His fasting is not for dieting. That is just always been his lifestyle. Ide does not eat breakfast, so his first meal of the day is late lunch, and he is in bed by 10 pm. Unless he is shooting a film or taping a show, his sleeping time will change.
But even when on the set, he tries to have healthy food. He goes to the gym first thing in the morning to give him energy for the day and only indulges in not-so-healthy food on weekends.

"The most important thing when you start a healthy lifestyle is to have specific goals. What do you want to achieve? Do you want to lose body fat, do you want to lose weight or gain muscle, or have a healthy lifestyle? I try to keep my lifestyle in a way that I still have time to go to the gym. If I do not, I have to eat healthy, so I can balance out my activities throughout the day," Ide shares.
"I think once you have a goal, you are more likely to be successful in watching your calories, choosing food, doing cardio, and other things," he adds.
For people on a budget and cannot afford gym membership, Ide says all you need is a good internet connection so that you can look for support from people who understand health and fitness.
"There is so much good online content on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram by people from the fitness industry. You would be surprised that you can actually download some videos and work out at home. Basically, after the pandemic, when we were all locked at home and could not go anywhere, people were still doing spinning classes, running on treadmills, or doing group classes online. You just need some space and that is it. As long as you have internet, you are not so far from achieving your goals."
With a strong commitment to a healthy and fit life, Ide uses mWell, the Philippines' healthcare mega app. Ide loves the mWell app because he can have video consultations 24/7 with family doctors, specialists and even mind health experts.
The app also allows him to track his health for free, using the mWellness Score.
This exclusive feature lets him monitor physical activity, step count, and sleep daily.
He may stay healthy by checking out fitness and nutrition programs designed by experts.
Scoring consistently above 80 indicates a healthy physical lifestyle and lowers the risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
Users like Ide may join the Steps Challenge, increase their daily physical activity, and move up the leaderboard.
Ranking is based on daily average step count to make fitness exciting, interactive and an organic part of their lifestyle.
Ide says, "Instead of staying seated when watching my favorite TV series, I can do simple stretches even in front of the TV. I can also take regular breaks and play with my baby, walk around the house, or create fun dance videos! By taking these simple steps, I can easily improve my mWellness Score."
