Sofia Andres shares discovery in raising her daughter

Celebrity mom Sofia Andres always looks stunning with her photos and bonding time with her three- year-old daughter Zoe, however, she shares that it is not easy to raise a child who loves being outdoors and is very outgoing.

At the age of three, children are usually still developing their brains – their social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills. At this age it is important to support child with proper nutrition, enough sleep, and regular movement or exercise to help increase their overall health and grow up to be the best that they can be.

Andres, shares how she manages her time with her work and raising her three-year-old daughter Zoe.

In Magandang Buhay, host momshie Jolina Magdangal-Escueta asks Andres how she nurtures her daughter Zoe.

"For me, walang iisang solusyon talaga pagdating sa mga anak natin. Halimbawa, 'yung ibang mga bata they are into tablets and we cannot expect Zoe to be into that also. So, siya naman very outdoorsy, laro talaga siya sa labas," shares Andres.

According to a study, at the age of three, children notice others and join them to play. They talk well enough for others to understand them and they are also able to do several things for themselves like put on clothes and use utensils when eating.

In this exciting part of their growth, children need vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to help support their advancement. Moreover, some children may also get stuck in consuming only one type of food that they have grown to like. That is why it is ideal to supplement their health with milk that may help aid their development.

Andres shares how she supports Zoe's active personality.
