A supposed intimate bonding session between the characters of hit TV series "Home Sweetie Home" in Hong Kong Disneyland will become an outing for the neighborhood of Barangay Puruntong in a special two-part episode to be aired this weekend.

The trek to the "happiest place on earth", Hong Kong Disneyland, by Lia, played by Rufa Mae Quinto; and Ariana, played by Allyson Mcbride; together with Julie, played by Toni Gonzaga; will air in a special two-part episode of "Home Sweetie Home" beginning Saturday, February 17.

Lia wanted to make it up for her daughter for being very busy with work so she asked Julie to go with them to Hong Kong. Julie was hesitant at first but Rence, played by Clarence Delgado, insisted that they go so that he can bond with his crush, Ariana.

Word spread quickly, however, and the next thing Julie knew, Gigi (Miles Ocampo), Obet (Jobert Austria), Pinong (Nonon Ballinan), and Mang LA (Mitoy Yonting) had tagged along.

The gang didn't waste time when they arrived in Hong Kong Disneyland, and instantly enjoyed the various theme park attractions.

Obet, Pinong, and Mang LA entered the Iron Man Experience, the first-ever Marvel-themed ride in any Disney Parks around the world. They were amazed by the marvelous innovations displayed in its four exhibition halls--the Hall of Legacy, the Hall of Protection, the Hall of Energy, and the Hall of Mobility--with Iron Man's artificial intelligence computer system J.A.R.V.I.S. and Wendy Wong, vice president of Star Industries Asia, as their tour guides.

Next, they went aboard the Iron Wing Flight Vehicle and capped off the experience with a meet and greet with Iron Man himself.

The boys continued their adventure and from the world of Iron Man, they then went to a galaxy far far away and tried the Star Wars: Tomorrowland Takeover. Rence and Julie, meanwhile, checked out how to become a Jedi in the Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple attraction.

They also visited the Disney Explorer’s Lodge, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s new hotel. The seven-storey structure has 750 hotel rooms, each featuring an open sea view or a landscape view of one of the four lush themed gardens that exemplify the cultures of Asia, South America, Africa, and Oceania.

As Obet, Pinong, and Mang LA went around Hong Kong Disneyland, they found a woman’s shoe and decided to look for its owner, who they thought might be Obet’s own Cinderella.

Lia, on the other hand, joined Ariana in the Royal Princess Garden attraction as a way to make it up to her for being so busy with work. There, Ariana dressed up as a Disney princess in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Even Lia couldn’t help but fulfill her own childhood fantasy.

Since they are already dressed up like royalty, they also graced a meet and greet with famous Disney princess and "Frozen" character, Elsa. To make sure they would bring memories back to the Philippines, the mother and daughter also bought souvenirs from the Royal Princess Shoppe.

However, while everyone was enjoying his or her choice of Hong Kong Disneyland attractions, the audience might ask--what was Gigi doing? Did she find an adventure of her own or did she find something more than that after seeing her longtime crush in Disneyland?

Don’t miss this exciting two-part Hong Kong Disneyland adventure of "Home Sweetie Home" airing February 17 and 24, only on ABS-CBN.
