NEW YORK - New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday there were 28 confirmed cases of swine flu at a school in the city, but added all the victims came from the one site of infection.

Bloomberg said fears the disease had spread to a second site proved unfounded when tests on six sick people all came back negative.
