“Very good, very good, very good, and I’m sure they’ll keep it up,” sabi ni James Younghusband.

“Props to all the rugby players, it’s a great sport, so Pinoy pride,” sabi naman ni Jason Sabio.

“They played very well today. We’ve got two more games, we’ve got Taiwan, we’ve got Sri Lanka, but this game against Singapore was fabulous. They’re fit, they’re fast, very exciting to watch,” sabi ni Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala.

Ang final score 37 -20, panalo ang Pilipinas.

Masaya ang Volcanoes lalo't napakaraming fans ang nanood.

“We’re all Pinoy, we play for this country with pride,” sabi ni Justin Coveney ng Volcanoes.

Man of the Match si Ollie Saunders.

“The boys know that even though we’re home playing in front of a big crowd, we as a team on the field need to focus on winning the game. That’s what would really make the crowd happy,” ani Saunders.

This is a historic first for the Philippines.
