MANILA - A shift to a federal form of government, peace in Mindanao and the all-out war against crime, drugs and corruption. These and more are just some of the top items on the Senate's legislative agenda in the 17th Congress.

Speaking to radio DZMM, Senator Koko Pimentel said he expects the Senate to follow the lead of President Rodrigo Duterte.

"Kung may pagkukulang pa sa policy at batas, magsabi lang ang implementors at handang handa na kaming tulungan sila," he said.

He said other items on the legislative agenda are income tax reform and budget reform.

He added that he expects the budget process to reflect the President's priorities.
