Police seized five illegal "video karera" machines in Caloocan City on Tuesday evening.
No one was arrested using or operating the machines. However, police invited for questioning the house owners where the machines were found.
Police said each machine can earn up to P1,000 daily. They said the illegal machine sometimes causes scuffle in the area.
Police said they plan to destroy the illegal machines.
