If he does run for mayor of Manila, former president Joseph Estrada says he is interested in getting Vice-Mayor Isko Moreno as his running-mate.

Estrada says Moreno started making a name for himself when Lito Atienza was still mayor.

He observes Manila has been overtaken by other cities. He also believes Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim may no longer have a vision for the city because of his long stay in office.

"He has been there for so long, he has no more vision to develop Manila, some sort of an urban renewal, that will really change the image of Manila."

"Manila is the capital city of our country. It's overtaken already by Quezon City, Makati, even Taguig.......Manila is supposed to be the show window of the Philippines but it's deteriorating. We should do something about it."
