MANILA, Philippines - The Reproductive Health (RH) bill has as many supporters as opponents in the Senate, based on some senators' unofficial count.

Sen. Jinggoy Estrada said a colleague told him 10 senators will vote for the RH bill while 10 will vote against it.

"Nasa gitna pa ako. Pero ang balita ko 10-10. Para sa akin 10-10 pa rin. 3 undecided," he said.

He said 2 of the undecided senators are running for reelection in 2013.

Malacañang, meanwhile, said it sees no reason to ask Congress for a special session on the RH Bill.
