Anchors of ABS-CBN current affairs program "Ako Ang Simula" paid tribute to their moms during the show's Mothers' Day episode.

Karen Davila, Anthony Taberna and Atty. Pochoy Labog, in anticipation of Mothers' Day, May 13, shared how they were raised and influenced by their mothers, and how their upbringing contributed to their personal and professional success.

"Ako Ang Simula" is a public service program highlighting Filipino citizens' potential to be agents of change in their community and in the country. Hosted by Davila, Taberna and Labog, it airs Wednesdays after ABS-CBN's late-night newscast "Bandila."
