Senator Franklin Drilon says lawmakers from the House of Representatives would have to yield to the Senate version of the sin tax reform bill, if they aim to pass it into law within the year. Drilon says sin tax revenues of less than P40 billion a year from the proposed measure won't be acceptable, quoting a minimum amount he discussed with President Aquino. ANC News Now, November 21, 2012
