MANILA -- Following the announcement of being allowed to fly again to Europe, Philippine Airlines (PAL) President Ramon Ang has said there are talks for Japan's All Nippon Airways to buy in and Lucio Tan to sell out.

Ang added the firm is still planning to build an international airport to service the flag carrier's needs.

"One hundred percent tuloy yun, yung airport development. Timing lang," Ang said.
