Philippine Travel Agencies Association President Aileen Clemente said the DOTC's plan to reschedule NAIA flights by next month to decongest the airport will be a challenge for airlines and travel agents to comply with. She said it may increase travel costs for travelers whose rescheduled flights result in long lay-overs. Clemente said the DOTC isn't consulting them enough. - News Now, ANC, June 12, 2012
