ASEAN needs to invest in infra and youth: Cambodian business leader

MANILA - There's a need for less developed countries in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to invest in digital infrastructure to take advantage of what is being touted as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, according to a business leader in Cambodia.

Rami Sharaf, senior vice president of one of Cambodia's largest diversified conglomerates, also said said that besides investing in infrastructure, countries like young populations like Cambodia need to invest in the youth. 

Cambodia is hosting the 2-day World Economic Forum on ASEAN, which Pres. Rodrigo Duterte is scheduled to attend.
