Business Processing Association president Benedict Hernandez says call centers and other BPO companies in the country are complying with a government order on suspension of work during hazardous situations, such as torrential rains and floods in Metro Manila Tuesday.

Hernandez said BPOs can't force their employees to work during extremely bad weather.

He said employees of BPOs not complying with a Malacanang directive may email their complaint to [email protected] addressed to Benedict Hernandez. - ANC, August 7, 2012
