LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- Juan Manuel Marquez is raring to get in the ring against Manny Pacquiao this weekend.

In a one-on-one interview with ABS-CBN in Los Angeles before he travelled to Las Vegas, “El Dinamita” described the punishing training he went through to make sure he is ready for the ring war with the Filipino.

Marquez said he will lay it all in the ring. He has learned from their last three encounters and believes he has everything he needs to finally score a victory against Pacquiao.

"I practiced in everything... in speed and strength," he said.

Marquez is leaving his family behind in Mexico as he wants to be thinking about the fight 100% of the time.

"I want to win this fight by knockout," he said.

Pacquiao is just as determined to leave no question in anyone's mind as to who is better.

The tenacity of Pacquiao has been evident this training camp. He exploded in their mitts workout before heading to Las Vegas. And he said he is ready to rumble.

Coach Freddie Roach is thrilled to see the killer instinct back in Pacquiao.

Hawaiian congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard gave Pacquiao at send off at the gym. As a symbol of their friendship, they exchanged flags.

Jinkee met Pacquiao at the gym and along with the huge convoy and newly designed “Manny Pacquiao bus,” made their way to the boxing capital of the world.

It was late evening when the team got in. Pacquiao is in the same presidential suite he usually stays at the hotel at Mandalay.

A variety of filipino food was prepared for the champion's dinner.

"Iniisip ko 'yung fight, then basa ako konti nung Bible," said Pacquiao.
