MANILA, Philippines – Hall of Fame boxing trainer Freddie Roach is not worried that Mexican boxer Juan Manuel Marquez is bulking up in preparation for his fourth fight against Filipino icon Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.

Roach was quoted by PhilBoxing as saying that being muscular does not guarantee a strong chin.

"I don't think it is a factor. I don’t think muscle-men have a better chin," he said.

Indeed, Roach believes a more muscular Marquez will work to Pacquiao's advantage.

"I think if you put a lot of muscle, he will be a little slower than he used to be. We are going to take advantage of that," he said.

Both Pacquiao and Roach have emphasized that the Filipino boxer will be more aggressive when he takes on Marquez on December 8, especially after two consecutive lackluster performances.

"I am training with more aggression and more intensity... that is our focus right now," Pacquiao said.
