MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Azkals have arrived in Kathmandu, where they will play Nepal in a vital AFC Asian Cup qualifier on November 14.
"The boys will be looking to squeeze in as much practice as they can before going to battle on November 14th," the team said in its official Facebook account.
A win for the Azkals will ensure its qualification to the final round of the AFC Asian Cup 2019 – a first for the team in its history.
Leading the way for the Azkals against Nepal are the Younghusband brothers as well as the returning Misagh Bahadoran.
