Patriots currently 4th in ASEAN basketball

MANILA – The Philippine Patriots is presently behind the Singapore Slingers, Satria Muda BritAma of Indonesia and KL Dragons of Malaysia in the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL).
The Patriots, with a record of 2-1, is 4th in the standings, according to the ABL website.
The Slingers are on top with 4-0 while Satria Muda BritAma (No. 2) and KL Dragons (No. 3) both have 2 wins and 2 losses.
The Patriots were not able to improve their record on Saturday because the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) suspended their game against the Brunei Barracudas due to inclement weather.
Weather bureau PAGASA placed 15 areas, including Metro Manila, under storm Signal No. 3 on as Typhoon “Santi” (international code name Mirinae) was forecast to make landfall Friday.
The Patriots vs Barracudas game was supposed to be held at the Fil Oil Flying V Arena in San Juan City. ABL has yet to announce the new schedule of the game.
Meanwhile, rounding up the ABL standings are the Barracudas (1-3) at 5th place and the Thailand Tigers (0-3) at No. 6.
