MANILA, Philippines -- The Ateneo de Manila Blue Eagles and the University of Sto. Tomas Growling Tigers are tied, 29-29, at the half of Game 2 of the UAAP Season 75 Finals at the Araneta Coliseum Thursday.

Kiefer Ravena scored 9 points to put the Eagles in control early in the first quarter, but Kim Lo came off the UST bench to give the Tigers a lift.

After a Ravena triple put Ateneo ahead, 13-6, Lo fired eight straight points to put the Tigers on top, 14-13, at the end of the first quarter.

Early in the second, neither team could puncture the basket with several attempts from UST just rolling off the rim.

Scoring picked up midway in the second quarter, with both squads exchanging baskets. A baseline jumper from Karim Abdul put the Tigers ahead, 29-26, but Ravena and Greg Slaughter made their free throws to peg the ball game at 29-all entering halftime.

The Eagles won the first game, 83-78, last Saturday at the Mall of Asia Arena.
