MANILA -- The Indiana Pacers, along with NBA legends Jalen Rose, Clyde Drexler and Ron Harper, thrilled a group of special children in an NBA Cares event Wednesday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

One day before they face off against the Houston Rockets in the first ever NBA pre-season game to be held in Manila, the Pacers took time off to run some drills and work out with the children from Special Olympics Philippines.

The Pacers teamed up with the children and competed in a few games. They also taught the children defensive drills.

The Rockets, meanwhile, will hold an NBA Cares event of their own this afternoon at the Aurora Quezon Elementary School.

The Pacers and the Rockets also held another practice session at the MOA Arena as they gear up for tomorrow's pre-season game.
