MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) will be giving away free tickets to Azkals fans who booked flights to Bacolod when the upcoming Peace Cup was still scheduled to be held at the Panaad Stadium.

The Philippine Football Peace Cup was originally scheduled to take place in Bacolod, but the venue was switched to Manila.

Some fans had already booked flights to Bacolod, Negros Occidental when the switch was made.

In a statement, the PFF said that to make it up to those fans, they will offer them free tickets to the tournament.

The PFF said that fans who cancelled a round-trip ticket to Bacolod no earlier than September 26 can e-mail Richard Joson, PFF Head of Marketing and Communications at [email protected] or [email protected]

Fans should include in their e-mail a scanned copy of the cancelled ticket to Bacolod. Once a date and time have been agreed for the collection of tickets, they will have to bring a valid ID with photo to the PFF office at 27 Danny Floro St. cor. Captain Henry P. Javier St., Pasig City.

Azkals fans can also pick up the tickets on the day of the game itself at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

The tickets will give fans entrance to all matches in the VIP sections of the stadium.

The Philippine Football Peace Cup will kick off on September 25, with Chinese Taipei taking on Macau in the first game and the Philippines facing off against Guam in the second game.
