MANILA - The Philippine Azkals advanced to the finals of the 2014 Peace Cup through a 5-1 thrashing of Chinese Taipei at the Rizal Memorial Stadium Wednesday night.
Mark Hartmann scored a brace, while James Younghusband and Rob Gier scored a goal each for the Azkals.
Chinese Taipei also scored an own goal while Yen Ho-Sen's goal spared the blushes for the visitors.
The Philippines will next face Myanmar, which earlier defeated Palestine, 4-1.
