MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) – The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) has approved a 6-player trade that ships Alaska's prized point guard LA Tenorio to Ginebra.

The trade involved 5 teams, including Alaska, Barako Bull, Ginebra, Petron and Global Port.

Barako Bull acquired Enrico Villanueva from Ginebra San Miguel in exchange for Willie Miller, PBA Commissioner Chito Salud's office said.

Ginebra then sent Miller to Global Port to get JV Casio. The Gin Kings also gave Global Port its 2014 1st round pick.

Ginebra then shipped Casio to Alaska to get Tenorio. Ginebra also gave its 2015 2nd round pick to the Aces.

The last part of the trade has Alaska acquiring Dondon Hontiveros from Petron in exchange for Wesley Gonzales and Hans Paul Thiele.

"These trades are balanced and even. They will result in a more competitive league in terms of lineup strength and potential. As always, fundamental in my evaluation of trades is the parity among the parties involved. This is a clear mandate on my part if I am to continue to uphold the fans' interests," said Salud.
