Ateneo ties La Salle in UAAP standings

MANILA, Philippines – Here are the latest men’s basketball standings after the UAAP 76 games on Wednesday.

The Ateneo Blue Eagles routed the FEU Tamaraws, 92-73, in the first game. This was followed by UST Tigers' 80-67 win against Adamson Falcons in the main game.

With the win, the Eagles improved their record to 6-4 in a tie with archrival De La Salle at third place. The Tamaraws dropped to 8-3, but still own the best record in the league.

UST now has five wins in 10 games, while Adamon suffered its eighth defeat in 11 games.

Basketball action resumes on Saturday when Adamson meets winless University of the Philippines at 1:30 p.m. at the Araneta Coliseum.

This will be followed by the clash between National University and the University of the East at 4 p.m.
