MANILA, Philippines – World welterweight champion Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and challenger Chris Algieri will embark on a multi-city press tour to promote their title showdown on November 22.
The tour starts on Monday at the Venetian Macau and will have stops in Shanghai, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and New York.
Pacquiao is also set to throw the first pitch in a Major League Baseball game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Washington Nationals on September 1 at the Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
The tour wraps up on September 4 in New York.
Pacquiao will defend his WBO welterweight championship against the unbeaten Algieri, who earned his shot by beating Pacquiao's former sparring partner, Ruslan Provodnikov, earlier this year.
The fight will be held at the Cotai Arena in Macau, marking the second time that the "Pacman" has fought at that venue. He beat Brandon "Bam Bam" Rios when he first fought in Macau last November.
