LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Boxing Hall of Famer Freddie Roach said he is just waiting for Manny Pacquiao to call him in two weeks regarding the Filipino’s future plans.
Roach said it's up to the People's Champ what he plans to do with his career as fight fans are eagerly waiting for Pacquiao’s next steps following his controversial loss to Timothy Bradley Jr.
"I asked him what's gonna happen and he says he hasn't talked to anyone yet. So we haven’t made any plans yet and he told me he will give me a call in about two weeks and will let me know," said Roach.
"He will give me a decision in two weeks he will give me a call."
Meanwhile, the flamboyant and controversial boxer Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr., who is on his 49th day in jail, is not allowing requests for visitations and media interviews.
Mayweather is due to be released on August 3.
He was sentenced to spend time in the Las Vegas’ Clark County Detention Cell following his conviction in a domestic battery case.
