MANILA, Philippines – Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder will replace DeAndre Jordan of the Los Angeles Clippers in the Ultimate All-Star Weekend on July 23-24.

Talk N' Text Coach Chot Reyes posted on his Twitter account that Jordan would not be coming due to passport problems.

He later announced that Durant will replace the Clippers' big man in the line-up.

"Bad news! Kevin Durant is replacing DeAndre Jordan in d Smart Ultimate Weekend. Bad news for us & Gilas. Great for Pinoy Bball fans," Reyes posted on his Twitter account.

Durant is the youngest player in history to lead the NBA in scoring and has been the league scoring champion for 2 consecutive seasons. He is also a former Rookie of the Year.

Durant will now join Kobe Bryant of the LA Lakers, Chris Paul (New Orleans Hornets), Derrick Rose (Chicago Bulls), Derek Fisher (LA Lakers), James Harden (Oklahoma City Thunder), and Derrick Williams (Minnesota Timberwolves) in the 2-game series against the PBA selection and Smart Gilas Pilipinas.

Reyes had earlier tweeted that reigning NBA most valuable player Rose would be the final player in the NBA roster.

"Sige na nga! Si D Rose na nga!" Reyes posted.

But he also added that there was still "a minor hitch, so cross your fingers."

The NBA stars will battle PBA players on July 23 and the national team on July 24.
